    Thanks for your review Angela. Angela came to us via Houzeo, whom we no longer partner with. The experience Angela is talking about regarding myself being available and helpful early on but then when listed, not so, is actually typical for Silver listings. This is because I am involved to help clients understand our service up front, but when they are listed on MLS, my job is basically done and my staff makes changes to MLS as needed. While the Silver listing package is a great value for the marketing, you waive my duty to negotiate and provide information & advice. While I make every effort to offer advice to all our clients, our Gold & Platinum listing clients must be prioritized when it comes to time with me over the phone. We have sold hundreds of homes and have hundreds of very happy clients; most of which were Silver. Up front our policy is that all changes to listings must be made via email request & that open houses are not included in the Silver listing package at this time.

    Thank you for your honest review Mike. We did make each and every price change Mike requested, although admittedly, price changes can take a little longer as they involve a fully signed amendment to listing contract. All our listing change policies are written into our listing contract (changes by email only). During this time with Mike also we had a change-over in our listing administration staff which has since been resolved and improved. The closing of Mike's home and status change to accepted offer was indeed reported late. Mike's house was on the market for about 281 days and took multiple price changes to sell. Mike was offering $1 commission to buyers agents; therefore he paid $0 commission at closing to any realtor utilizing our service.
